EARTHFIRE GEMS GUARANTEE Earthfire Gems Gallery does not record credit card information in any database form and does not keep credit card numbers on file. We accept payment by all major credit cards, personal checks or money orders, your merchandise will be shipped within 10 days of credit card approval, verfication, check clearing etc. RETURNS If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE GOODS. We must physically receive the returned merchandise WITHIN 21 DAYS of purchase date. Please send all return goods by fully insured, registered U.S. Mail. Your money will be refunded immediately upon our receipt of the merchandise in its original condition. SHIPPING Regular shipping is by insured U.S. Mail ,or on expensive items registered insured unless otherwise specified. For large items we use a professional packing/crating company. EXCHANGES/SAVE YOUR RECEIPT As your tastes change or your wallet grows and you want to upgrade your purchase, no problem. We will always accept back a less expensive item of the same in trade against a more expensive one. Your receipt IS necessary for the trade-in, merchandise must be in original condition for exchanges. REFUNDS As written above, please contact us immediately if you aren't satisfied in every way. Store credit will be given for items returned AFTER two weeks, unless prior arrangements are made. |
